Survey- The skylight survey is an in-depth report of the skylight system by one of our experience Structural Skylights of Texas. The survey begins with listening to the customer about the problems with the skylight system. The inspector will then do a complete and comprehensive survey of the skylight system. The inspection will look at a facets if the skylight system to include glazing material, weep system, curbs, and gutters. In addition, detailed measurements are made so that different repair option can be made. The inspector then presents the issues found in a formal report format that includes what is wrong and recommendations on how to solve the issues. In most cases, multiple recommendations with pros and cons are made so that the customer has different options to choose from depending on financial constraints

Bid Documents- At the request of the customer, Structural Skylights of Texas can prepare bid documents and hold a pre-bid meeting with all prospective contractors for the project. We will then assist the customer with qualifying the contractors (insurance requirement, proper licensing, competency, and professionalism).

Inspections- We can conduct pre-construction meetings, in-progress meetings and provide a final punch-list/inspection for the project. At the end of the project we will build a packet with all necessary documentation to closeout the project.
